About Me

Hi! I’m Haley Gray, a certified victim advocate, researcher, and writer dedicated to ethical, victim-centered true crime work since 2016. I specialize in unresolved cases, collaborating closely with families to raise awareness and support ongoing investigations through compassionate advocacy and thorough research.

As the Founder of Haley Gray Research, I partner with podcast hosts and families to share stories that honor victims and bring attention to their cases. In conjunction with podcasts, I help families with impactful advocacy campaigns, designing awareness materials and coordinating media outreach to amplify their loved ones’ stories.

I am also the Founder and CEO of True Crime Podcast Training, where I lead comprehensive programs to educate aspiring researchers and creators on ethical and effective practices in true crime. Through webinars, live research sessions, and structured lessons, I aim to foster a community of informed, respectful researchers committed to producing responsible, victim-focused content.

In addition to my work in research and education, I volunteer with organizations dedicated to advocacy and support. As Secretary of The Bridegan Foundation, I contribute to providing Bexley Boxes—kits with essential items for children in distress—to police stations across the United States. I also partner with the Light the Way Missing Persons Advocacy Project to raise awareness for underrepresented missing persons cases, ensuring no story is overlooked.

Having completed the NOVA Victim Assistance Academy in 2024, I bring my skills as a certified victim advocate to each case, ensuring that every story is handled with sensitivity and respect. My commitment to ethics, integrity, and compassionate advocacy guides every aspect of my work, as I strive to honor victims, support families, and promote best practices within the true crime community.
